Founded in 2021 by Antonio Domingo & Vik Gill, this center was designed to provide world class training to elite athletes. With over 30 years of combined experience, the two have created a space that not only looks and feels amazing but elevates individuals to push their limits and gain new ground on their skill set. Using the latest technology and incorporating it with years of experience, ADI is the premier training center of the Fraser Valley for individual athletes and teams.

HOCKEY EVOLUTION

The official off-season training program for all hockey players! This multi phase program will help build and maintain a proper foundation that every ice athlete needs. Initial testing and re-testing through the program will be a key indicator of how much explosive capability, strength, reactive strength and mobility each athlete is gaining. We focus on the entire game!

WHL - Junior PRO CAMP

M/T/W/T 8:15 – 9:30 AM June 21 – August 26, 10 Weeks & 40 Sessions/ $1200.00 + GST

Female Sport Camp

This sport camp is geared towards helping female athletes reach their peak capabilities for their dedicated sport. Sessions will be on an individual basis, constructed around personal goals and the type of sport. All athletes will be tested and re-tested through the off-season to ensure proper programing. Athletes of all levels are welcome!
